FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

Who are we? 
D.I.L. is a "Multi-Restaurant Delivery Service".  We contract with many restaurants in your area so that customers are ensured the most variety when looking for delivery of restaurant prepared meals. 

What is the minimum order?
The minimum food order for lunch and dinner is $12.00.  These totals do not include delivery fee, gratuity and sales tax.

What is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge for lunch and dinner is $3.99 For very local areas, $4.99 distant areas and $6.99 for extended areas. (unlimited orders)  (An additional fee may be incured due to distance).
A $3.00 charge will be added if ordering from another town.(example if ordering from Howell and delivery is in Brighton)   WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERY TO ANY ADDRESS FOR ANY REASON

How long does it take for delivery?
Generally it will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour from time the order was place for delivery of most lunch deliveries. (Larger orders may require more delivery time.)

How many restaurants can I order from at one time?
You can order from as many restaurants as you wish.  There is a seperate delivery fee of $3.00 added for each additional restaurant, each additional restaurant must be in the same city.

Can you cancel your order?
Once an order has been placed and started by the restaurant it can not be cancelled. (Advanced orders may be cancelled with well advance notice)!

Can I place an order in advance?
YES!  Advanced orders can be placed on line up to 5 days before desired delivery time.  Simply click on the Advance ordering/Takeout button at the top of the home page to schedule a delivery.

Is everything available from the restaurant?
Some items may not be available for delivery due to their limited availabilty or due to certain foods do not travel well.   Restaurant
prices and menu item's are subject to change without notice   

What about coupons?
We do not take vendor's coupons, but Dine-In Livingston will periodicaly offer discounts and/or specials.
